We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with native or bilingual German and English skills to join a high-growth Go-to-Market (GTM) project focused on the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

You will be working on an innovative SaaS solution designed to help companies manage the sale of age-restricted products in increasingly automated commercial environments.

Our target verticals include:
- Telecommunications
- Vending
- Retail
- E-commerce

This is a strategic SDR role. You will not be doing generic prospecting or cold calling without context. You will work closely with a GTM team that leverages market intelligence, buying signals, AI-assisted research and highly targeted outbound campaigns.

Your role

You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, opening conversations with relevant decision-makers and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting companies across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other German-speaking markets.




- Identifying the right decision-makers within telecom, vending, retail and e-commerce organizations.
- Executing outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Personalizing outreach based on each company's context, vertical and market signals.
- Qualifying initial interest and scheduling meetings for the Account Executives.
- Maintaining accurate and reliable CRM data.
- Collaborating with GTM Engineers to improve account lists, signals, segmentation criteria and ICP hypotheses.
- Testing different messaging angles and sharing market learnings.
- Providing feedback on objections, pain points, timing and high-performing market segments.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is structured, curious, results-oriented and comfortable operating in a demanding B2B environment.

You should have:
- Native or near-native proficiency in both German and English.
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales,
