One of our clients is hiring an Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) for multiple locations to support their continued international growth. The client is a rapidly growing technology company serving thousands of customers across Europe, with a strong focus on AI-powered solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. The company operates in a fast-paced environment where ownership, experimentation, direct communication, and execution are highly valued.

As an Italian-speaking SDR, you will own the top-of-funnel sales process for the Italian market — from initial prospect engagement through qualification and handoff to Account Executives. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth team with a defined progression path toward an Account Executive role for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing and other channels.
- Conduct multi-channel outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.




- Develop and optimize prospecting sequences based on data and performance.
- Formulate outreach hypotheses, test different approaches, measure results, and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure effective qualification and handoff of sales opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of SDR processes and workflows.
- Support the onboarding of new customers where required.
- Take ownership of activity levels, pipeline contribution, and performance targets.
- Work closely with the wider sales and growth teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements
- Italian proficiency with strong English communication skills.
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales, telesales, business development, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
