A leading integral customer-experience company is hiring a Team Leader for a customer-service operation supporting an electric-vehicle brand from Barcelona. You will lead and develop a team of customer and consumer service representatives and keep service standards and operational performance high.

What you will do

- Lead and develop a team of customer and consumer service representatives

- Monitor KPIs and SLAs and drive performance improvement

- Handle escalations and work with Quality and senior operational stakeholders

- Support training, reporting and continuous-improvement initiatives

- Coach with clear, regular feedback

What we are looking for

-

- Native or near-native Danish

- Fluent Chinese and English,



spoken and written

- Previous experience managing customer-service teams

- Experience with customer-service processes and best practices

- Ability to analyse KPIs and performance data

- Salesforce or other CRM experience

- Strong communication and feedback skills

What we offer

- Salary: €20,000 gross per year

- Bonus: up to €200

- Relocation payment of €500, reimbursed after the first month

- Location: Barcelona, Spain — on-site

- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

- Contract: Full-time
