Our Country Manager position is based in Spain. It’s not just about making sales; it involves actively seeking new opportunities – exploring new business lines, finding new possibilities with current partners, maintaining relationships, etc. Having experience in the financial sector is a requirement, but we don't expect you to know everything about everything – learning can happen on the job, and we provide extensive training at the start.
Sales and business development with financial institutions – securing new deals (where possible) and identifying/developing new opportunities with existing partners.
General representation in the Spanish market – engaging with industry associations, attending conferences, etc., Continuous business analysis and growth within the Spanish market.
Optimizing partner profitability via back-office operations.
Back-office tasks – e.g., Assisting with monthly billing – verifying results, filling in required report data, and forwarding it to the accounting department.
Excellent English language proficiency.
