Account Manager (m/f/d) Your responsibilities with us: * Lead and develop the regional sales organisation to achieve sales, contribution margin, and design-in targets * Drive the development of existing customers and acquisition of new business to strengthen the regional market position * Define and implement regional sales strategies, targets, budgets, and business plans in alignment with company objectives * Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, including target setting, performance reviews, and resource planning * Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and suppliers and support important commercial and price negotiations * Work closely with Product Marketing, Field Application Engineering, Internal Sales, Supply Chain, Material Management,
