Cloudera is looking for a Private Cloud & Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team in Prague. You will own the day-to-day operations of our private cloud platform - monitoring health, managing resources, enforcing governance, and ensuring consumers get reliable, efficient service. You will also contribute to our wider infrastructure operations, supporting compute and storage services across data center environments. This is a hands-on operational role with real ownership. You are the person between the platform and its users - keeping it running well, holding consumers accountable for efficiency, and reporting clearly on operational state.

As a Private Cloud & Infrastructure Operations Engineer you will: Monitor platform health, utilisation, and capacity across all private cloud environmentsManage compute provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle operationsTrack resource utilisation and deliver reporting - driving efficiency and accountabilityManage quotas, resolve capacity issues, and plan for growthProvide first-line operational support - triage incidents, apply known fixes, escalate appropriatelyEnforce operational standards, access controls, and governance policiesManage environment intake and provisioning for consumersSupport compute and storage infrastructure operations (server lifecycle, Ceph storage,
