Your MissionThe Administration Back Office Specialist is responsible for the end to end administrative processing of used car transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, invoicing and data entry in line with internal procedures and legal requirements.




This role provides essential back office support to the sales and operations teams, helping to maintain seamless workflows and a high standard of service for internal and external customers.

- Sales Administration & Contract Management
- Manage the end-to-end administrative flow of B2B used vehicle sales (from vehicle repatriation to final delivery).
- Issue, validate, and track B2B sales contracts, buy-back agreements, and purchase orders.
- Process invoices, credit notes, and tax/VAT documentation relevant to domestic and intra-community automotive transactions.
- Maintain and update the CRM and Used Car inventory databases with complete precision.
- Oversee the processing of all vehicle paperwork (Ficha Técnica, Permiso de Circulación).
