This role requires a highly proactive, results-driven sales professional focused on generating new business and driving revenue through active prospecting, client calls, meetings, negotiations and deal closing. The idóneo candidate takes ownership of their pipeline, actively identifies opportunities and builds strong customer relationships to consistently deliver sales targets.
Key responsibilities:




- The Sales Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but not are limited to:
- Drive the commercialisation of Hospitality products, identifying and converting new business opportunities across high-value sectors and international markets.
- Proactively prospect for new clients through outbound calls, emails, networking, meetings and other sales activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through presentations, negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, C-Level executives, key corporate decision-makers and high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, sales presentations and client events to showcase premium Hospitality products and drive sales.
- Actively manage and develop a personal sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression of opportunities towards closing.
