In this role you drive integrated retail marketing for Spain & Portugal, elevating Nike’s presence at key destinations and bringing sport culture to life on the ground. You work with cross-functional teams to adapt integral strategies to the local market, shaping campaigns that connect with local consumers. You act as a storyteller and brand ambassador, delivering innovative activations and experiences across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners. This is a dynamic role at the heart of Nike’s regional growth and brand distinction.

Responsabilidades

- Execute integrated retail marketing strategies across Spain & Portugal




- Adapt EMEA directives and lead territory-originated priorities
- Operate across multiple categories (e.g., football, running, lifestyle)
- Innovate and connect with the local youth consumer
- Manage retail programming, EKIN activations & VMS executions
- Support multi-brand campaigns with marketplace partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless execution
- Ensure consumer experience excellence from pinnacle to scale

Requisitos principales

- Experience in brand or retail marketing
- Ability xkdbapo to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Innovative & creative thinking and problem-solving
- Understanding of the local marketplace dynamics
- Strong communication skills – Spanish & English required; Portuguese a plus
