About the Role We are looking for a Researcher to join our Digital Bank Strategy team in Madrid . You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, behaviours, market trends, and competitive dynamics, translating research findings into actionable insights that inform strategic, product, and design decisions. The role has a strong international focus, with particular relevance to German-speaking markets . Responsibilities: - Conduct qualitative and quantitative user and market research. - Identify customer needs, behavioural patterns, market trends, and business opportunities. - Analyse surveys, data, and KPIs to generate actionable insights. - Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research within digital banking and fintech. - Prepare clear, engaging reports and presentations for cross-functional audiences. - Collaborate closely with strategy, product, design, marketing, and data teams. - Support research projects involving German-speaking markets and customers. - Use Google Sheets/Excel and Google Apps Script for data analysis and process automation. - Translate research findings into strategic and business recommendations. Requirements: - 3–6 years of experience in User Research, Market Research, Behavioural Analysis, or a related field. - Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. - Strong analytical,



communication, and storytelling skills. - Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Apps Script . - Experience in competitor analysis and benchmarking. - High proficiency in German and professional fluency in English are essential. - Spanish is a plus. - Strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. - Experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services is a plus. - Familiarity with tools such as Dovetail, Maze, Typeform, Figma, or Airtable is desirable. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, Business, Design, or a related field.
