International industrial company seeks a Procurement Engineer Supplier Quality, APQP, PPAP, Cost Reduction, Purchasing, Manufacturing. Reporting to the General Technical Procurement Manager, the Procurement Engineer will be responsible for both purchasing and supplier quality activities, ensuring suppliers meet customer and business requirements regarding quality, cost and lead times. Key responsibilities include: Identify, evaluate and develop a competitive supplier panel aligned with business objectives. Manage supplier relationships and benchmarking activities.



Lead RFQ processes and perform quotation analysis and cost evaluations. Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives. Monitor market and manufacturing technologies to identify alternative solutions and sourcing opportunities. Support customer audits related to procurement and supplier management activities. Qualify and approve new suppliers during project development phases. Manage APQP activities for new products, engineering changes and supplier re-approvals. Ensure purchasing specifications are defined, maintained and communicated effectively. Conduct supplier process audits and quality assessments. Evaluate supplier performance through KPIs and improvement plans. Lead supplier development initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
