Perform advanced commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on complex systems and equipment. Execute service activities in compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, Health and Safety procedures, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards. Act as the main technical interface and point of contact for customers during service execution and after-service follow-up, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Support customer training, technical briefings, and on-site guidance when required, providing clear technical explanations, recommendations, and improvement proposals. Provide technical input for service quotations, upgrades, and retrofit opportunities. Coordinate with service coordinators, project managers, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient execution. Relevant experience in Substation Automation, SCADA, Protection & Control, Power Systems or Industrial Automation environments. Proven experience with complex installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle service activities Automation and control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA), Protection and control systems, communication networks Knowledge of Substation Automation Systems such as MicroSCADA or similar will be beneficial. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams,
