At Cuatrecasas, we are looking for a lawyer with 3-4 years of experience to join our Litigation Funding team, preferably based in our Barcelona office. Particular consideration will be given to candidates with experience in the transactional field, especially in finance law and restructuring matters, while knowledge of corporate law and litigation will also be highly valued

Transactional advice on all types of litigation funding transactions (monetization of contingent claims, securing legal expense financing with or without recourse, etc.). - Participating in the due diligence review of claims and claims portfoliosResponsibilities will include, among others, managing and/or participating in matters in accordance with the strategy defined by partners and senior associates, including: Conducting in-depth legal analysis, maintaining client contact, representing clients when required, drafting reports and technical documentation and actively collaborating with more senior lawyers.

Excellent command of English.Passion for and commitment to the legal profession.
