You will be responsible for high-volume outbound outreach, delivering qualified prospects, conducting initial demos, and partnering closely with our Partnerships and Product teams. mission-driven startup environment.Responsibilities:Identify and research new corporate prospects.Execute high-volume outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.Conduct outbound phone calls to engage and qualify prospects.Run introductory technical demos for potential customers.Build strong relationships with prospects to create early trust and interest.Use sales engagement and CRM software to manage outreach and workflows.Track and manage KPIs, including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.Maintain strong relationships with existing FirstIgnite customers.Provide timely, actionable feedback to the Product team to support platform improvements.Collaborate with the Partnerships team to ensure smooth prospect handoffs.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in sales development or business development roles.Strong communication skills across email, phone, LinkedIn, and product demonstrations.Professional working proficiency in English required.
