Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the HR strategy for Spain in alignment with integral business objectives.




- Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Leadership Team on all people-related matters.
- Lead and develop a team of three HR professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Design and implement employee engagement, culture, and change management programs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits policies, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead employee relations activities, including interaction with employee representatives and external stakeholders when required.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support business decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with regional and global HR teams to implement international policies, processes, and projects.
