In this role you drive organizational transformation by blending technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making. You will guide change across global Salesforce and AI Agent programs, aligning stakeholders, training, and adoption. The position sits at the intersection of consulting and delivery, promoting business readiness and measurable outcomes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to simplify complexity and enable sustainable change, contributing to Keyrus’ mission of embedded intelligence.

Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, training programmes, and adoption initiatives aligned with Salesforce and AI Agent milestones
- Assess stakeholder impacts and readiness, crafting targeted actions by region and function
- Design and deliver communications and enablement materials for diverse audiences
- Coordinate training and enablement activities including learning plans and workshops




- Partner with program leaders and sponsors to ensure consistent change delivery across global deployments
- Support rollout and readiness activities to ensure users understand changes and access resources
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide governance reporting with recommendations
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions and drive alignment across multiple workstreams
- Contribute to adoption of Salesforce solutions, AI Agents, and Sales & Marketing transformation initiatives

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years in change management, organisational transformation, or business adoption programmes
- Proven experience leading change activities within large-scale digital transformations
- Experience supporting general deployments across regions and functions
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary and international teams
- Professional proficiency in English
