We are currently looking for a Sales Associate Intern to support us on our flex living building in Madrid. In this role, you will support the sales team as a point of contact for prospective members, learning how to guide them from first enquiry to signed contract while helping us keep the building fully occupied.

You’ll dive headfirst into the world of flexible housing and learn side by side with our Sales, Revenue, Operations and Guest Experience teams,



helping future members find the right home and making their move to Habyt easy.

- Support the sales team in handling inbound leads (website, phone, email, WhatsApp), responding quickly and qualifying needs, budget and move-in dates.
- Assist with on-site visits and virtual tours, presenting apartment types, amenities and the flex living proposition.
- Follow up on leads by phone and email to help convert enquiries into bookings, keeping the CRM up to date.
- Help prepare offers and contracts (monthly rent, deposit, documentation) and support the signing and move-in process.
- Support the team in keeping availability and pricing up to date across channels to maximize occupancy.
- Coordinate with the Guest Experience team for a seamless handover at check-in.
- Help track pipeline and conversion metrics, and gather market and competitor insights for the team.
