Key Responsibilities
Executive Communications & Content Production

-
- Drafts speeches, briefings, and LinkedIn posts for executive leaders
- Prepares Q&A; documents and speaking notes for leadership appearances
- Produces research and background papers to support executive messaging




- Supports crisis communications preparations as required

Editorial & Message Management

-
- Maintains the editorial calendar for leadership communications
- Curates the message bank and tone-of-voice library to ensure consistency across all executive communications
- Ensures all content is aligned with HARTING's positioning as a integral leading family-owned technology group

Events & Leadership Formats

-
- Supports the planning and production of town halls, CEO video messages, and other leadership communication formats
- Assists in the preparation of live Q&A; sessions and similar leadership formats

Stakeholder Support

- Acts as a reliable operational partner for the Team Lead and the Executive Board's communications needs
- Collaborates closely with the CEO Office and Family Office to deliver timely and accurate content
