What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage and resolve issues identified during password scanning activities.
- Maintain and update troubleshooting documentation and operational procedures.
- Organize and coordinate troubleshooting sessions with network, systems, database, and infrastructure teams.
- Communicate password scan coverage rates and metrics to the password security team and relevant governance committees.
- Analyze the root causes of incidents related to password security and authentication.
- Escalate findings and propose preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
- Support password strength governance initiatives across a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Act as a technical point of reference for weak password auditing and prevention activities.
