Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services industry
- Resolve complex inquiries with precision and empathy, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction

- Maintain detailed case documentation within the CRM to ensure seamless service continuity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escape and resolve technical or process-related challenges

- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices in Customer Support Services

Requirements
- Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
