Your role
As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers across the supported Spanish-speaking markets and the UK.

You will help customers with a wide range of questions — from account and billing issues to technical troubleshooting — while providing clear, professional and empathetic support.

You will join a multicultural,



collaborative customer support team working with an internationally recognized entertainment brand.

What you will do

- Provide professional, friendly and empathetic customer support
- Handle account management and billing inquiries
- Troubleshoot common technical issues and guide customers towards effective solutions
- Explain our products, services and features clearly
- Understand customer needs and identify the most appropriate solution
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate information and follow established quality standards
- Maintain a positive, customer-first approach throughout every interaction
- Work effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced, international environment

Language requirements
You must have:

- Castilian Spanish — full fluency
- English — B1 or above
