Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of general services and office management,



providing a well-equipped, safe, and functional work environment and experience for employees and visitors.

This includes overseeing reception, coordinating events in premises, handling office supplies, and optimizing resources in close collaboration with the Facility Management team.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
A. Reception Management
• Supervise and coordinate reception area activities.
• Ensure high-quality service for visitors and employees.
• Coordinate security and access protocols.

B. Coordination of Internal and External Staff Events at Company Facilities
• Organize corporate meetings, conferences, and client visits.
• Coordinate event logistics, including room bookings, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other requirements.
• Liaise with external suppliers to arrange and oversee event-related services.
• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they receive a professional and frien
