Your role and key responsibilities

This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive.

In this team, you’ll help build a culture that’s not just creating batteries — but shaping the future of work.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Lead the rollout and implementation of HR IT systems, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors,



supporting the digital transformation of HR functions in PowerCo Spain.

• Analyze HR business requirements and support system configuration, including the creation of test cases to ensure SuccessFactors solutions meet organizational needs.

• Coordinate with implementation partners, internal project teams, and HR stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment and alignment across workstreams.

• Act as the main point of contact for HR IT system-related topics, providing business process support, expert consultation, end-user training, and adoption guidance.

• Support and contribute to different HR IT modules and workstreams, such as Time Management, Compensation, Internal Communication, and Recruiting, while continuously adapting to evolving project requirements.

What you bring to the team

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
