Senior Consultant
Role Purpose:
Lead the design and delivery of high-quality consulting projects, applying deep technical expertise and analytical skills to solve complex client challenges. Manage client relationships, contribute to business development, mentor colleagues, drive knowledge development, and support the development of LRQA’s service offerings through innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead high-impact consulting engagements, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations. • Lead end-to-end execution of complex consulting projects, ensuring strategic alignment, timely delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards. • Apply subject matter expertise to solve complex challenges, lead technical delivery, and mentor others across specialist areas. • Design and lead applied research initiatives and generate evidence-based insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams. • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through client engagement and market insight. • Lead proposal development and contribute to thought leadership activities. • Participate in the development and refinement of consulting products and services. • Support knowledge management initiatives, continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation. • Build team capability through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing. • Ensure work meets quality, ethics, compliance, confidentiality, and data protection standards. • Produce reports and presentations that translate complex information into client-relevant insights. • Lead cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement. • Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to support team development and performance.
