This international program is designed for recent graduates with a strong academic background,
a high level of English and a keen interest in investment banking. You will work alongside global professionals, gain real-world exposure and develop the technical, analytical and commercial skills required to advise clients on complex strategic and capital-markets transactions.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
As part of the Santander CIB Graduate Program Europe – Investment Banking Advisory (M&A; & ECM), you will participate in the execution of strategic transactions and advisory projects across Europe. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting M&A; transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, valuations, transaction structuring and negotiations for corporates, financial institutions and sponsors.
