Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide customer support to Norwegian-speaking banking customers * Handle enquiries relating to customer accounts and banking services * Assist customers with the use of online and digital banking services * Resolve account, payment and transaction-related issues * Provide accurate information and guidance regarding banking services * Handle financial and customer information accurately and confidentially * Use transaction-processing and credit-assessment systems * Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally * Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout each interaction. Requirements * Fluent Norwegian (C2) both verbal and written. Sound command in English (B2+ level)
