Role description

As a Technical Consultant, Integrations at Kaihron, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting integrations in Workday® environments.



You will work closely with client stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable technical solutions.

In your day-to-day work, you will develop and maintain integrations using tools such as Workday® Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, APIs, web services, XML, XSLT, and related integration technologies.
You will also support integration testing, troubleshoot issues, document technical designs, and help ensure smooth data flows between Workday® applications and external systems.

You will participate in workshops, technical design sessions, testing cycles, deployment activities, and post-go-live support. The role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
