2 años de experiencia About this role As part of the Global People Services organisation, the EMEA Regional Hub plays a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality HR services that support PageGroup's Europe, Middle East & Africa region.As a G lobal People Services Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant HR processes across multiple markets. You will support the day-to-day execution of local legal-specific activities, contribute to new global ways of working, and help ensure a positive and seamless experience for our employees, managers and leaders.You'll play an important role in the go-live of MyPeopleHub and the new integral processes for the EMEA region, supporting the transition and embedding new ways of working. Be part of the EMEA Regional Hub team, delivering high quality processes in line with specific local policies, procedures, and service expectations.




Support the Global Hub in the delivery of the standardised Joiner-Mover-Leaver activities, including system data entry and updates in MyPeopleHub, HR documentation preparation and management, and coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. Payroll) where required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Global Hub in Kuala Lumpur, and Americas Regional Hub in Buenos Aires, to ensure smooth lifecycle handovers and a consistent employee experience.
Support the implementation of new global processes and ways of working, providing feedback and raising issues or improvement opportunities as identified.
Build working knowledge and expertise of local employment practices and statutory requirements in supported markets, applying this knowledge to daily operational activities.
