We are looking for a Service Desk Level 1 professional to join our IT team and provide efficient, user-focused first-line support across the organization.
You will play an important role in user and licence management, IT equipment and inventory control, and ticket coordination . You will be a key point of contact for employees and will work closely with the wider IT team to ensure incidents and requests are handled efficiently. Implement a project communications approach that keeps all stakeholders informed and overcomes object
