This full-time remote Performance Marketing Manager role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels to drive predictable and profitable customer acquisition. The person in this position will manage performance media (such as paid social, paid search, and other digital platforms), set clear KPIs, and oversee tracking and attribution to ensure results are measurable and actionable.



Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance data, running experiments and A/B tests, collaborating on creative strategy and testing, and refining audience segmentation and bidding strategies. The role also involves building reporting frameworks that provide full-funnel visibility, communicating insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients, and continuously improving the performance engine using a Human
