Main responsibilities:
Confidentially Agreements:
~ Organization of CDAs for clients, partners and service providers.
Contracts:
Management of contracts with clients, partners and service providers: preparation of drafts, communication with other party, sending of digital or hard copies of contracts, follow-up until contracts are put in place.
Storage of the contracts and filling and maintaining data base.
Internal support for all types of contracts: Master Service Agreements, Cooperation Agreements, Referral Agreements, Pharmacovigilance Agreements, Marketing Authorization Holder Agreements etc. and its timeline.
Business
Accounts: New Clients Registration in SAP /CRM.



Maintenance up to date of it conditions and Price lists.
LEADs: Register, track, and control digital leads generated from all webforms.
Attendance of the phone calls as for BD&MKT; Team, as a support for general phone calls to reception as needed. General email attendance.
Procurement:
Partners and suppliers: database maintenance and update.
Contracts and collaboration follow up
General administrative support
Requirements:
~+2 years' experience as administrative assistant
~ Academic degree.
~ High level of English (C1)
~ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
~ Knowledge of marketing software (e.G. CRM) will be a plus.
~ Tech Savvy ability is welcome
~ Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and support multiple processes efficiently.
