We are currently looking for an Export Area Manager to join our team, who will play an important role in the company's international development and help us turn our growth plan into results.

What will your role be?
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and consolidating the business across your assigned markets, identifying new opportunities and building strong, long-term commercial relationships with our customers.
· Drive business development across the assigned markets.
· Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities.
· Manage, retain and grow the existing customer portfolio.
· Monitor targets, markets, customers and business opportunities.




· Represent the company at national and international trade fairs and events.
· Work closely with the different functions across the organisation to ensure an effective response to customer needs.

Where will you be based?
Wherever you are.
We are looking for the right person and are open to candidates based anywhere in Europe, preferably based close to an international airport to facilitate the travel and mobility required for the role.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an international sales professional with initiative, the ability to build relationships based on trust, and a clear results-oriented approach.
· At least 3 years' experience in similar positions.
· English at C1 level or equivalent.
· Willingness to travel.
· German at C1 level or equivalent, with commercial negotiation skills, would be considered an advantage.
