As Formulation Development Manager, you will report to the Development Director and oversee the scientific strategy, technical quality, delivery and team performance of Formulation Development, with emphasis on nanoparticle-based delivery systems and complex injectable products. The role requires a scientist and leader with a strong foundation in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry,



Materials Science or Analytical Sciences who has developed substantial expertise in Pharmaceutical Formulation Development and can connect composition, structure, process and product performance through robust physicochemical characterization.

You will act as the primary technical authority from feasibility and screening through scale-up, validation readiness and GMP transfer, embedding manufacturability from the outset. The idóneo candidate combines the rigor of a chemist, the product understanding of a formulation scientist, strong analytical judgment and the ability to develop reproducible processes at scale.
