About the Role

Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and helping companies grow through digital advertising?

We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Executive to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle — from identifying new business opportunities and making outbound contact to presenting tailored advertising solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.

You’ll work closely with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them understand how digital advertising can support their business goals while building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and onboarding.

Identify and prioritise high-potential SMB accounts.

Conduct daily outbound activities through calls,



email and LinkedIn.

Engage with business owners and marketing decision-makers.

Run discovery calls to understand business goals, challenges and advertising needs.

Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms and close new business.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and customer interactions.

Analyse customer insights and market trends to improve your sales approach.

Consistently work towards revenue, activity, pipeline and conversion KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

C2 level Dutch and C1 level English, both written and spoken.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling or business development.

A proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Experience managing a large acc
