Norwegian-Speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) – Cloud SolutionsLocation: Barcelona, SpainWorking Model: HybridContract: Full-time (39 hours per week)Salary: €23,876.19 gross/year + up to €3,407.56 gross/year in performance-based bonusAbout the RoleAre you a Norwegian-speaking sales professional with a passion for technology and business development?Join our team in Barcelona as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and become a key player in connecting businesses across the Nordic market with innovative cloud solutions.In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage with decision-makers, understand customer needs, and introduce businesses to Google Cloud solutions that help them innovate, collaborate, and grow.You will be part of a dynamic, international sales team focused on expanding our customer base across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the Nordic market.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales campaigns.Conduct daily outbound calls and emails,



including cold calling, to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.Manage assigned accounts, identify high-potential prospects, and promote relevant cloud solutions.Understand customer business challenges, assess technical requirements, and align needs with appropriate cloud solutions.Build strong relationships with prospective customers and guide qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales teams.Achieve individual and team targets, including quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and daily activity KPIs.Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity records in Salesforce CRM.Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline development.Ensure all outreach activities comply with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.RequirementsNative or C2-level Norwegian proficiency, both written and spoken.C1-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.Bachelor
