Role summary
OkiePokie is hiring a bilingual (English and Spanish) Marketing & Growth Executive. OkiePokie is a full-service agency working on two key client accounts to begin with: Cinemanic and UK1Tech. Your first job is to deliver on those two accounts; the second is to help us grow OkiePokie beyond them.
No marketing background is needed. We will train you in cold outreach, PPC, SEO, content and how websites work. You bring sharpness, ownership and fluent English and Spanish.

Your week splits 3.5 days on our two clients and 1.5 days on OkiePokie itself. Client delivery comes first.

Within the UK1Tech time, Instantly takes the most while the campaign is being set up.
The Cinemanic project
Cinemanic is one of our two key clients: a social network built around film, where people who love cinema discover and talk about films. We spend 2.5 days a week on it, and most of that time goes on generating content.
What we're doing

- Content generation (most of the time): coming up with ideas and turning them into posts and videos for Cinemanic's YouTube channel and Instagram account, to attract attention and drive people to the website.

- Site testing: testing the core website with the developers, checking it works as it should and feeding back fixes and improvements.

How we do it: graphic design tools for posts and visuals, and AI where it helps us produce the best work we can.
Who we need for it: someone with inspiration and creativity around film, media and cinema, who loves spawning ideas and turning them into social posts that get noticed.
Responsibilities
Cinemanic





- Generate ideas and turn them into posts and videos for Cinemanic's Instagram and YouTube; this is the bulk of your Cinemanic time.

- Create visuals with graphic design tools, and use AI tools where they help.

- Publish, schedule and track what performs, and report what is working.

- Test the core website with the developers, write up fixes and improvements, and follow them through.

Instantly AI outreach (UK1Tech)

- Set up UK1Tech's Instantly AI B2B email campaign and learn how it works: sending domains, inbox warm-up, lead lists and sequences.

- Pass interested replies to the right person at UK1Tech promptly.

- Tweak targeting, copy and timing based on results, and report the numbers weekly.

UK1Tech marketing consultancy

- Provide marketing consultancy to UK1Tech's head of marketing.

- Support the PPC and SEO specialists with ideas and content, and help keep their work moving.

- Review UK1Tech's social media and share ideas.

OkiePokie growth

- Refine OkiePokie's own services and how we deliver them.

- Research the market and shape the longer-term plan to offer our services to other clients.

- Contribute ideas and content that help OkiePokie win new work.

- Take on new clients and disciplines as the business grows.

Who you are
Essential

- Creative, with a real passion for film, media and cinema and a steady flow of ideas for social content

- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish

- Confident with computers and quick to pick up new tools

- Organised, self-driven and able to work without close supervision

- Reliable and reachable during agreed hours

Desirable

- Experience creating content for Instagram or YouTube

- Experience with graphic design,



video editing or AI content tools

- Any exposure to marketing, sales or customer-facing work

We will train you in

- Instantly AI and cold email outreach

- PPC advertising

- SEO, meta tags and how search works

- How websites are built and run

Working arrangements
Full-time, remote, with adaptable hours inside a fixed daily block.

First 90 days
These targets are what the trial is judged against.
By day 30

- Instantly AI campaign set up: sending domains warming, first lead list built, first sequence live

- Full test pass of the Cinemanic site, with a bug list handed to the dev team

- Cinemanic content plan agreed and first posts live on Instagram and YouTube

- Met the PPC and SEO specialists and understands how the UK1Tech account is set up

By day 60

- Instantly running with weekly reporting: emails sent, replies, meetings booked

- Cinemanic posting on a regular weekly schedule

- Can explain UK1Tech's PPC campaigns and SEO priorities in her own words

- Reviewing UK1Tech social content every week

By day 90

- Instantly tuned and booking meetings for UK1Tech

- Cinemanic audience growing month on month

- Contributing ideas to PPC and SEO and keeping the specialists' tasks moving

- Working to agreed hours with little supervision

Sueldo: 25.000,00€-25.001,00€ al año
