Professional Services Consultant

Descripción
Location: Hybrid role - 3 days per week in our Madrid or Barcelona office and 2 days working from home.

We’re looking for an Accountants Functional Consultant to help professional accounting practices successfully implement and get the most from Sage Despachos and connected Sage solutions.

You’ll combine your knowledge of accounting, tax and payroll with a consultative approach, understanding customer needs and translating them into simple, effective solutions. You’ll support customers from discovery and configuration through testing, go-live and adoption.

What you’ll do:
Configure and implement Sage solutions based on customer requirements.

Advise customers on accounting, tax, payroll and practice-management processes.

Support data migration, integrations, reporting and compliance workflows.

Help customers simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Train and guide customers to confidently adopt Sage solutions.

Use digital, automation and AI capabilities responsibly to improve customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades principales

What we’re looking for:
You’ll bring strong functional knowledge of Sage Despachos / Sage for Accountants and a good understanding of how professional accounting practices operate.

Ideally, you’ll also have:
Strong knowledge of accounting, tax and/or payroll processes.

Experience working within an asesoría, despacho competente or accounting environment.

Experience implementing, configuring or providing functional support for accounting or ERP software.

Good understanding of Spanish accounting and compliance processes.

Experience with data migration, integrations or connected applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ability to translate complex customer requirements into clear, practical solutions.

Confident communication and customer-facing skills.

A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused mindset.





An interest in digital transformation, automation and the responsible use of AI.
