As a ROC Technical Lead, you support the safe and efficient operation of advanced offshore wind assets from a remote operations center. You play a key role across both commissioning and service phases,



helping ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.
Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays
