Edelman AI is seeking a Product Designer, Mid Level, to help shape clear, consistent experiences across our internal platform that brings together insights, content creation, and proprietary AI tools into one shared environment for teams. This is an end-to-end product design role, not a UI-only role. You will independently own design workstreams from Discovery through Evaluation, including lightweight research, problem framing, ideation, end-to-end flows, high-fidelity UI, design system execution, delivery partnership, and UX QA. You will work within an established Design System and an AI-assisted development workflow, and your job is to execute within them with precision while flagging gaps and contributing documentation that keeps the system healthy.

Plan and run lightweight research activities when needed, such as quick interviews, concept checks, and usability tests

When a clear gap exists, document it with variants, states, and usage guidance and raise it with the UX Lead for review before extending the system

Quality Ownership from Design to Release
3 to 5 years of Product Design experience, including owning work from Discovery through Delivery
