We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow OT Architect / Technical Business Process Consultant to support Operational Technology (OT) initiatives for a major enterprise customer.
This role is adecuado for a senior consultant who enjoys combining solution architecture, customer workshops, business process consulting, and hands-on ServiceNow expertise. You will work directly with stakeholders to define OT strategies, shape solution roadmaps, and guide implementations across the ServiceNow OT suite.
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow OT solutions
Gather and document business requirements
Provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery
Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow OT Suite
Proven Business Process Consultant (BPC) background
Solution architecture experience within ServiceNow environments
ServiceNow Asset Management
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.)
Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, Industrial, or Life Sciences environments
