Scopely is looking for a Marketing Intelligence & AI Automation Manager to join our creative Intelligence team working in our Barcelona studio on a hybrid basis. We are a general team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
Creative Intelligence, a central team within Performance Marketing, is responsible for creating the tools and analyzing the results of our creative data to improve our marketing and UA strategy across our entire game portfolio.
This hands-on individual contributor role requires marketing and analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and comfort solving ambiguous problems. Marketing Intelligence and Reporting
Use Codex, Claude, Looker MCP, Big Data, and other tools to automate monthly performance reporting, competitive analysis, and benchmarking
Translate complex creative and marketing data into clear, executive-ready insights, recommendations, and actions




Proactively identify reporting and analysis gaps and recommend new solutions that enable better creative decision‐making
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize the most valuable business questions and continuously improve reporting
Data Access, Partnership, and Quality Assurance
Identify, connect to, and query the internal and external data sources needed to answer key business questions
Understand the schemas, metrics, dimensions, and fields available through Looker MCP, Big Data, and other connected sources
Validate AI-generated outputs and establish quality controls to ensure insights are complete, accurate, and supported by data
Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and metric issues, resolving them independently where possible or translating them into actionable requests for Marketing Analytics
AI Automation and Enablement
Identify inefficient or manual workflows and recommend where AI, automation, or other tools can deliver meaningful value, all while ensuring solutions follow company stand
