In this role you will lead strategic UX research across multiple enterprise projects at Zurich's Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona. You'll uncover user needs for internal users like underwriters and claims handlers, shaping user-centred solutions and innovative experiences, including AI-enabled interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable recommendations and drive evidence-based decisions. This position offers hands‐on research leadership in a collaborative, growth‐oriented environment with a integral insurance footprint.
