The Opportunity
To manage and follow-up carriers and transport operations to ensure the quality service of the international traffic.
What you'll get to do
- To review and send documents for shipment fulfillment at the warehouse.
- To carry out the task of printing original documentation from the logistics operators which are necessary for traffic.
- To carry out the task of modifying documentation according to the requirements of clients, shipping companies and airlines.
- To control the attached and original documentation (Proof Of Delivery, (POD), transports).
- To maintain and track original documents.
- To document and coordinate merchandise’s physical inspections between the warehouse and the Official Organizations.
- To manage international traffic incidences of the different departments. Analyze and close them.
- To manage procedures and documentation related to the insurance’s inci
