We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our international team and become a key part of the relationship with our clients in the US market.
Working within a premium design environment, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience — from the moment an order is placed through production, logistics and final delivery.
This is a role for someone who combines commercial sensitivity, operational excellence and a genuine client-oriented mindset.
The RoleManage day-to-day relationships with B2B clients in the US,



providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
Maintain accurate customer, product and order information within ERP and CRM systems. Contribute to continuously improving processes and the overall customer experience.
Who we are looking for:3+ years of experience in B2B Customer Service, ideally working with the US market.
Strong command of ERP and CRM systems. A highly client-oriented and service-minded approach, with strong attention to detail.
Fluent English is essential.
4 days per week in our Barcelona office + Fridays working from home.
