We are looking for an experienced Data Science Lead to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role you will lead a team of two data scientists while staying hands-on in delivery yourself. As a Data Science Lead, you will set the direction and priorities for the team, coach your data scientists in their technical and professional growth, and personally own the most complex projects end to end. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers,



to design and implement data-driven solutions that align with the company's goals, translating complex data into business value through machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
This is deliberately a hybrid role. We are not looking for someone who only directs work: you will spend a meaningful share of your time building models, writing code and reviewing your team's output, and you should want to keep it that way.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach and grow a team of two data scientists — setting objectives, holding regular one-to-ones, giving feedback, and actively supporting their technical and career development.
Hands-on Delivery: Stay personally involved in delivery, owning the most complex or business-critical projects end to end and setting the technical standard for the team through code reviews and pairing.
