Position : Cybersecurity Help Desk / Support (4-Month Assignment)
Location : Spain
Cybersecurity Support Analyst to join their cybersecurity team on a short-term contract engagement. This role is designed to provide immediate support by addressing cybersecurity-related tickets, assisting with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) activities, and supporting day-to-day security operations while the organization completes its search for a full-time employee.
The adecuado candidate will have experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment, strong troubleshooting skills, and hands-on exposure to cybersecurity tools and incident response processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve cybersecurity-related service desk and security tickets
- Perform initial triage and investigation of security incidents and alerts
- Support CyberArk administration processes, including privileged access requests and administrative elevations
- Website access approvals and reviews
- USB device access requests
- Security policy exceptions




- Investigate suspicious activities and assist with malware analysis efforts
- Support incident management activities and escalation processes
- Assist users with security-related software installations and access issues
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and create automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to maintain security controls and ensure timely ticket resolution
- Document findings, procedures, and remediation activities

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of cybersecurity experience within a helpdesk environment
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or cybersecurity operations environment
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Understanding of incident response and security ticket triage
- Familiarity with malware analysis concepts and investigative techniques
- Experience supporting DLP programs a
