Role Purpose
The CSA Engineer will coordinate and monitor the execution of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on site , ensuring construction activities are delivered in accordance with the approved design, project schedule, quality requirements, and applicable Spanish regulations. The role will act as a key interface between the Chinese project/engineering teams, Spanish contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective technical communication and coordination throughout the construction phase. The position will also support construction permit-related activities, technical reviews, progress monitoring,



quality control and the resolution of on-site technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on site, ensuring compliance with project requirements, approved designs, schedule and Spanish regulations.
- Develop and monitor CSA construction schedules, track progress, identify delays and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and project teams.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical issues, RFIs, design discrepancies and construction interfaces.
- Supervise construction quality, including inspections, testing, non-conformities and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and applicable Spanish standards.
