About The Role
As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will act as an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the culinary and Food & Beverage departments.
You will supervise the stewarding team, coordinate daily activities, and ensure that all kitchen equipment, china, glassware, silverware, cookware,



and back-of-house areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation.
This is an operational position with a rotating schedule, including shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operational needs. You will work closely with the Culinary, Food & Beverage, Banquets, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless operation, particularly during high-volume services, buffets, banquets, and events.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising, coordinating, and supporting the daily activities of the stewarding team
Ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and availability of all china, glassware, silverware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of all kitchens, stewarding areas, storage rooms, loading areas, and back-of-house spaces
Supporting high-volume operations, including buffets, banquets, conferences, and events
