Tax Planning & Effective Tax Rate, ETR, management Identify, plan and execute agreed international and European multi-country tax projects. Provide tax planning, consulting and compliance expertise to the business,



including advising management regarding the tax impact of new laws, regulations and EU/local tax developments. Perform tax review and approval for specific business projects, including cross-border contracts, restructurings and operating model changes affecting selected European countries. Contribute to and influence the development of the Company's financial policies, instruments and procedures from an expert tax standpoint, taking account of European legal entity, VAT and transfer pricing considerations. Support ETR management and tax risk assessment across the European portfolio, including analysis of local implementation of international tax initiatives where relevant.
