In this role you drive strategic initiatives within Alira Health's PMO, translating corporate strategy into actionable plans and ensuring high-impact project delivery and M&A; integrations. You lead cross-functional teams, partner with the COO and senior leadership, and advance operational governance and process optimization. Your work shapes the organization's strategic execution and transformation across global offices. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role with meaningful impact on performance and growth.
~ Oversee budgets and financial performance for corporate projects, track costs, resources, and risks
~ Lead breakdown of strategic goals into operational plans and drive large-scale initiatives within the PMO portfolio
~ Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate M&A; and operational improvements into wider strategy
~ Establish governance frameworks, standardize PM practices across offices, ensure regulatory compliance
~ Design and implement client governance to align operations with client needs and monitor satisfaction
~ Prepare reports, dashboards,



and presentations for senior leadership; represent the PMO in leadership meetings
~ Provide mentorship and development pathways for PMO team members and foster accountability and continuous improvement
~ Lead process optimization and adoption of lean/agile methodologies; drive adoption of toolsand technologies to improve efficiency
~ Oversee the PMO portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
~ Identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities to enhance management workflows and reduce manual effort
~6-7+ years of project management experience
~3+ years leading cross-functional teams in a integral environment
~ Proven track record with large-scale operational projects and strategic planning
~ Experience working with senior leadership (COO or C-suite)
~ Familiarity with international operations, especially US and EU markets
